1. Brief Schedule

   2. June 27, 2021: Keynote Speeches, Oral and Poster Presentations
   3. June 28, 2021: Presentation/Social Activities
   4. Note: Detailed conference program will be updated in about 1 month before the conference.
2. Participants who will not submit full paper for publication, please send the application to: info@aiipcc.org, and note your information (name, affiliation, presentation or not). We will send you the invitation.
3. Keynote Speech
   
   1. Devices Provided by the Conference Organizer:
       Laptops (with MS-Office & Adobe Reader)
       Projectors & Screen
       Laser Sticks
      
   2. Materials Provided by the Presenters:
       Power Point/ PDF files
   3. Duration of each Presentation (Tentatively):
       25 minutes of Presentation, 5 minutes of Q&A
4. Oral Presentation
   
   1. Devices Provided by the Conference Organizer:
       Laptops (with MS-Office & Adobe Reader)
       Projectors & Screen
       Laser Sticks
      
   2. Materials Provided by the Presenters:
       Power Point/ PDF files
   3. Duration of each Presentation (Tentatively):
       12 minutes of Presentation, 3 minutes of Q&A
5. Poster Presentation
   
   1. Materials Provided by the Conference Organizer:
       X Racks & Base Fabric Canvases (60cm×160cm, as the figure shows)
       Adhesive Types or Clamps
   2. Materials Provided by the Presenters:
       Home-made Posters
   3. Requirements for the Posters:
       Material: not limited, can be posted on the Canvases
       Size: smaller than 60cm×160cm
       Content: Demonstration of the presenter’s paper
      
   4. Requirement for the Presenters:
       Stand beside his (her) Poster through the Session, and discuss with the readers about his (her) paper
