Regular Registration fees include the following:
✔ Conference Welcome Packet
✔ All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, etc.)
✔ Lunch & Dinner on June 22, 2022 `Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
✔ Conference Proceedings (CD form)
✔ Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
✔ Presentation/Social Activities
Notes:
1. Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
2. The registration fee does not include:
✔ Accommodation
✔ Visa application fee
✔ Transportation fee
3. Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper.
Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
4. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to: info@aiipcc.org
If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
✔ Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
✔ Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
✔ After June 23, 2023: No Refund
5. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
