COVID-19 still a pandemic around the world. For the health and safety concern of each participant, AIIPCC2022 on-site conference is switching to an online format. Some conference materials will be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Regular Registration fees include the following:

- `All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, etc.)
- `Lunch & Dinner on June 22, 2022 `Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
- `Conference Proceedings (CD form)
- `Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
- `Presentation/Social Activities
- Notes:
- Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
- The registration fee does not include:
- `Accommodation
- `Visa application fee
- `Transportation fee
- Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper.
- Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to: info@aiipcc.org
- If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
- `Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee
- `Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund
- `After June 6, 2022: No Refund
- Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
